Introduction Text Back in the saddle again. Weight creeping back up, and I've been doing less exercise. Time to shape up! I have a goal to reduce the binge eating I do in the evenings. I would like to get back to my daily exercise, and increase my flexibility, which seems to be getting worse. I am motivated by others who are very fit, yet are not in their desired bodies!

I want to run a 10K, and maybe a half-marathon. I want to do more cross-training, including biking, Zumba and Yoga.

I walk/jog at least 6 days a week in the Summer, and do core and strength exercises as well. During the school year, I try to FORMALLY do exercise 3-4 days per week.

I'm from the REAL Midwest, Kansas. I have two daughters, two dogs, and 1 cat. Oh, and a husband! Along with a beautiful granddaughter and two great son-in-laws.
