Being in shape has always been part of my life. I love being strong and physically powerful. I am 48 and I feel much younger. I want to remain that way. I am a grandma of 2 and I want to be able to follow my grand daughters in whatever they do. I want to be a rocking good looking grandma!

10/13/2013: I am currrently doing Body Beast Bulk phase week one along with Insanity. Ain't easy, but it is worth it.

06/02/2011: 4 weeks of insanity done! It's getting easier and I could actually complete Plyo without taking any breaks! Improvements, improvements! Today is my day off, but I feel like Kenpo X. I love Kenpo X. Tomorrow, I week 5; recovery week. I am happy with this program.

01/30/2011: I have done 3 weeks of Insanity. I really like it because it's intense and short (40-45 minutes). My plan is to complete the program and to do another round of P90X. I looooove being in shape!



Tuesday october 7: 35 minutes, 2917 jumps

10/25/2008: 35 minutes, 3227 jumps
What a progress! Today I did my longest streak without tripping over: 376!!! I did 60 crunches @ 600 instead of 20 every 200. I think that's why I did so many jumps.

11/03/2008: 30 minutes, 2802 jumps
My longest streak is now 402!

12/30/2008: I haven't jumped in a very long time! Eat a lot, party and drink, short nights....humm! Only for a short time. II got an Iron Man Timex watch for X'mas and I used it for the 1st time today.This is a very cool toy! I am getting used to it and I jumped 15minutes just to give it a try. If it is correct, I am burning a lot more calories than I thought! This is so cool. Gotta to lose what I gain back since the end of november and reach my goal.

01/02/2009: It seems like today was the day I really started again. Did my 30 minutes jumping and I was a little behind my previous average jumps. I did a little over 2500 today. And, according to my heart monitor, I burned 383 calories. I will improve all of this.

03/01/2009: I am in distress!! I just bought a new scale and it happens to be that the one I had since 2001 was off by minus 6!!!! So, I don't weight 121, but 127!!! Aaaaaah! I always took it as a landmark and it was all wrong! It also means that if I want to weigh 105, I'll have to lose 22 more lbs. :( I am further away from my goal than I thought.

    It gets better. I'm on week 3 now and I did two Max workouts (Max Interval and Sports Training) in a row today to make up for missing workouts in the last few days. I had no idea that I could do anything of the sort when I had begun Month 2. Insanity builds up your stamina drastically. Just keep on getting an adequate amount of calories and pushing play. We can do it!

    The second month is more difficult, but once you have done the first month, your body gets conditioned to take the 'insanity' without protesting . Keep on digging deeper! It must be great to have a workout buddy you can count on for support :)

    Wow, Insanity! You rock! I`m not there yet. My first love is running, I only do ST in between for gaining strength and good form. But when I`ll be millionaire, I`ll hire Tony Horton. He is awsome. So strong, real, smooth and SO efficient.
