I am a mother of 4 and have struggled to loose weight. I need to loose and am currently even enrolled in LA weight loss and its not working...

I gave up LA weight loss. But I am no where near my goal. Really need help!!!

My Goals:
2010 need to really loose weight.

My Program:
 I have begun walking with Leslie Sansone and jazz it up with Hip Hop Abs and Zumba.


Personal Information:
I do not cook so grab fruits and salad from the stores before my day begins. This is my year and I need to get healthy and fit

Other Information:
 I am 40+ and just realised that time has passed me by. My journey has been hectic. Although my children are a big part of my life, I have come to realization that I count! They are grown and independent and now its all about me!

I have decided to open my heart to a new relationship as well.

    Thanks for your comments on my blog. At least we aren't in Japan where every worker has their waist measured and companies are charged for having over weight workers. We have the assurance our government is mess around with that, yet. Keep looking for the right diet it is out there and you will find it. Just don't give up! emoticon

    Hi! Thanks for stopping by to comment on my blog. I wouldn't say my sweetie loves exercise, but he know he feels better when he sticks with it. We have one of those incentive programs with our health insurance that they pay for a portion of our workout center fee if we make it in there 12 times per month. I'm guessing the $$ incentive is a bigger push for him to go than me! haha!
