My exercise goal is to continue to get into the gym 4-5 days a week and get my 18K plus steps in on my Fitbit Versa 2.
My Eating plan as I'm gonna call it is tracking Macros and listening to what my coach (not a spark coach) wants me to eat as far as calories, fat, carbs, protein, sugar and sodium. Tracking all of these on another site from Spark. I get 1 refeed day with 100P, 140C, and 40F. I also get 6 days with 100P, 100C, and 30F.

My Program:
I workout at an amazing gym where I've been since 2012 and have learned so much from the different trainers and members too. I track Macros Calories, Fat, Carbs, Protein, and Sugar. My current trainer likes to take me out of my comfort zone with my workouts.
