Making a difference for my life! Big changes!


I go by Memigen. I'm well known for being a major nerd, huge into gaming, Dungeons and Dragons, my family and most recently my Cricut machine. I want to dedicate myself to my health and happiness as well as my overall well being.

My Goals:
I want to commit to myself for one year straight. 365 days of action toward my goal body.

My Program:
 Beginning January 1, 2021 I have decided to work daily towards my body goals. Drink 8 cups of water, take at least 6,000 steps, eat well and not indulge. Most importantly, I have to commit to myself.


Personal Information:
I have 5 children at home ranging between 10-16 years of age. I'm engaged to be married. I have a supportive and loving partner. I want to be healthier for myself and my family.

Other Information:
 I'm an Xbox gamer and a nerd through and through.
