Hi! A little about me, I'm 34 from Delaware! I started in February, 2017 slowly implementing healthier living. I started by just cutting back food and drinking more water. Then I added some cardio and weights. In April, I began to keep track of everything I eat and not going over 1200 calories in a day ever. In May, I really took a look at the quality of my calories.
