Afternoon Everyone. I'm a first timer at weight loss. Until recently June of 2017, I've always had the reversed problem. Since I've given up smoking and at the on set of menopause, it's seems as if I went to sleep in my body and woke up into a whole other one. So I'm going to need a bunch of help with this, because honestly I'm at a complete loss.
