    Thanks for commenting on my message board post - it is great to hear from someone who is as short as I am and basically in the same weight range. I added you as a friend; hope you add me, too. I guess it's time to add more weight - but, unfortunately, the machines in my fitness center jump up the weight quite high - no middle range. For example, I have to go right from 10 pound weights to 20 pound weights - which I can use for shoulder shrugs, but not at all for tricep kick backs. I can manage a few bicep curls with 20's, so I sometimes do drop down sets. I guess I'll start adding reps, and see if that helps. I actually saw pelvic bones this week!

    Thanks for the blog comment. I too wished initially that they would crash and then I thought about MY karma for such a wish and I took it back and revised it to something TOTALLY ANNOYING but less likely to be fatal :P I got my monday run on twerp free so I'm doing fine :) Hope you have a great day!
