Introduction Text I have been missing from my Spark family for some time now. I let my life issues get in the way of what is healthy and good for me. I became depressed and unhappy and lost control of my actions. I have put 50lbs. back on of the weight that I had lost while I was dedicated to Sparking. I am not in very good shape right now as I have not been able to keep up with my water exercise program that I had worked so hard at. I have developed neck, shoulder and arm issues. I am actually scheduled to under go a neck fusion on Oct. 20th. Will disclose more info as I work on this page.

I want to eat healthy and get fit. I want to be able to enjoy the way I look and not be afraid to go anywhere.

Right now I an watching my daily calorie intake and not being hungry when I go to bed. I am trying one good habit at a time. I also try to walk almost every day. I also go to a water exercise class 3x a wk.

I am a emotional eater. I had an accident that required me to stop working and to have back surgery 2 years after the fall. I have certain weight limitations and movement limitations. I have 2 grown children and 4 grandkids. I love the outdoors and I love the beach, sand and ocean. I also like the mountains and Las Vegas. I like to travel and help people.

I am a very hands on grandmother. I like to read and work with flowers.
