Hi, there!
My name is Maggie.
I struggled with my weight since I was 13. I yo-yoed for many years. At various points in my life, in a frame of 5'7", I was over 210 pounds.
I never knew exactly how heavy I was because when I topped that I did not weight myself again in a long time. But I am pretty sure that I was a lot heavier that that.
I have tried basically every single diet that has hit the market. In my mid- to late- 20's, I was around 130 lbs and then move to USA, where I gained like 50 pounds because of stress. I managed to lose some weight on my own and then I found Sparkpeople and a wonderful husband that wants to help and support me. I am so grateful to have found you both!!!

Fitness Minutes: 9,132

My Goals:
Be healthier, be able to run without feeling like I am dying if I run not to miss a bus, fit better in my clothes and finally be in my normal lower weight that I have struggle to achieve since my teens.


My Program:
Eating fruits and vegetables, lean protein, more whole grains and drinking a lot of water.
I am also exercising about one hour six days a week and even though I am a member here, I am kinda following the Abs Diet principles as well.

    I'm doing fine, luv.
    I'm prepping for a 5k this Thursday. I've done plenty of them at a walk or a walk/jog. This one I'm determined to run/jog the whole distance in 36 minutes or less.
