It's great seeing you on SP again. Thanks for coming to my page. I may be looking good but I'm weighing more. I'm working on it again in 2019. 739 days ago

Thankyou for the welcome back and good wishes Sharon, I did go to your page before you answered but thought you weren't on any more.
I've lost all my weight with Slimmimg World and follow their programme, it's very healthy, most foods are free with nothing to count or weigh, just managing carbs, sugars and fat and they give you the amount you can eat daily...it's the sitting about and not being able to exercise properly which gets to me but I must admit I had a very 'good' Christmas...lol...hence the two pound gain.
My back is ongoing and should begin to feel a lot better after the next procedure, the strong painkillers relieve it a bit but not completely and I'm still waiting to hear about my foot.
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in October but I'm managing that really well and have it under control, I've had to adapt SW a little bit as I need more carbs than they allow but it should all work out fine. 739 days ago
Sorry l've been a bit tardy in replying, l've been busy building up my walking and generally getting out and about bit.
l'm officially PAIN FREE!!
l really recommend you to go for the procedure, it's not painful, just a bit uncomfortable. You're not asleep so there's no recovery period from anaesthesia and the relief was almost instantaneous. l know everyone's different and it doesn't work for everyone but even if it hadn't worked l still think it would have been worth a try, do talk with your pain consultant and find out what it entails, l'm sure you'd benefit immensely.
