Make It Better


I've been here before...trying again. This time I really feel like I'm going to succeed because I am finally learning to like me. No more excuses. No more goals that aren't realistic. No more beating myself up when I don't meet my own expectations. Just living a healthy, active life and learning to mend from some very tough trials. I'm choosing to be grateful! I'm choosing LIFE!

My Goals:
To get strong and healthy, and to stop worrying about losing the weight as my primary goal.

My Program:
 PRAY for help and guidance.
SLEEP well.
Rise early. Do YOGA.
CARDIO every day.
STRENGTHtrain every day.
STRETCHING every day.
FOOD: green shake in the morning, snack, main meal, snack, protein shake, snack.
DRINK a gallon of water a day.
RECORD and be accountable for my daily choices.
MOVE more! LIVE better.




Personal Information:
I have been losing at losing weight for many years. I'm discouraged, but determined. Now I'm looking to get healthy instead of trying to get skinny. I am my greatest and most persistent obstacle. That will change because I will become my greatest advocate instead.
