    Hey lady!!! I'm so glad you are back! I'm still at it just not seeing much movement on the scale lately. Going up and down the same 3 pounds, but I've also started working out at the local boxing club in a women's class, so everyone keeps saying its just the harder workouts. I don't know, but i do know I feel much stronger! lol. Things are going ok. The kids are doing an online program this year which is great and takes some of the pressure off of me, and I'm working through some of my past abuse issues seeing a therapist. My marriage is falling apart, but i'm not sure if that's a bad thing. Some things have needed to change for a while and I just was never confident enough to insist on those changes. So, we will see how it works out. Things are crazy as usual with the kids many activities, so I'll try and stay in touch we need to encourage each other.

    Awww, your kind words almost made me cry! Thank you so much!! Homeschooling does make it so much harder to stop and focus on yourself, and I only have 3 and they are old enough to pretty much be independent at this point. I don't know how you are doing it with 8, but kudos to you momma!!! If it's ok I'd love the be SparkFriends us homeschool moms need to stick together.

    lol I am writing this on my iPad and accidentally hit the screen and lost it all. The ITCs are for the week, rarely are there specific daily tasks, but occasionally it is set up that way. There are some members that do them completely, some members that do what their schedule allows and a few that never do the weekly challenges. We do the stats on Wednesday and they consist of weight, cardio and strength minutes and any points earned doing ITCs. The nutrition challenges usually will be things like eat a green freggie, or just totaling the amount you ate in a week, drink your water, stay in your range, etc. sometimes sleep. I have members of my team that come on and chat every day, others that come on one or two t8mes per week and members that don’t chat or rarely chat, but come onto the team to post their weekly stats and or to see the weekly challenges. We strive for progress in or healthy habits not perfection.
