My name is Betsy. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend of many. I am a very busy person. I have a son with Autism who consumes a lot of my energy. I am an educator who is really active in my school. I have struggled with weight my whole life long and need to make some changes in my life. Prior to joining SparkPeople, I have lost 42 pounds in the last year.
