Be consistent and honest with myself

My Program:
Exercise:
1. Cardio x 6 days/wk 2. Strength x 3 day/wk.
3. Eating veggies at every meal.
4. Paying attention to how hungry I get and eating when I am hungry and not starving
5. Paying attention to how I feel when I am eating and stopping when I feel satisfied
6. staying away from items that make me bloat
7. Slowly eliminating sugar from my diet
Personal Information:
Loving this journey. I am married and enjoy the life that I live with my husband. I am not a people collector but I don't mind getting to know people while on this site.
