Introduction Text I have FINALLY decided it is time for me. For me to take care of me. As hard as this new role is, it is definately a must. So far I have lost over 60 pounds. I would like to lose at least 60 more.

My main goal right now is to lose 60 more pounds.

Right now I am just trying to maintain weight by counting calories. I am on restrictions due to having major surgery on 1/21/2010. Eating mostly whole foods. Counting calories and fat grams. Working out (when I was able)

Sondra Northern AZ I love being a mom and wife. We own our own business. In my freetime I love to make glass beads with rods of glass and a torch and melt sheet glass into gorgeous plates, dishes, etc. I love to read as well.

My journey kinda began when I had to have an emergency c-section with my youngestin May of '08. There was nothing more humiliating than what I had to go through. I decided there and then on that operating room table that it was going to change. Of course, after the allotted healing time. But with my crew, it made it hard to not do everything I needed to. I ended up with a hernia that I finally got repaired in June of '09. That added 2 months of not doing anything, no lifting blah blah blah. Also, in Feb '09 I had an outpaitent procedure that left me unable to work out as well. So this last surgery has left me with 3 major surgeries in under 2 years. I am looking forward to being healthy again and living my life to the fullest.
