Thank you for the goodie! I am on high alert for a few days, not to fall of the wagon, because my 12-week "Biggest Loser Challenge" has just ended. It was very productive and motivating; I lost 20 pounds and 6 total inches. Now I am determined not to slump just because that structure and competition is missing. I am focusing on 2 goals with Conserv. Chr. Ladies' Tea Time team (8 cups water, which I tend to forget/procrastinate if it's not on a challenge count) and taking my morning & evening vitamings, which is a habit I simply must establish now.
