My Goals:
To be a more active person. I want to lose weight and be healthier. I decided to make working out a hobby so I could be a more interesting person in the dating scene.

My Program:
 I paid for a trainer for 6 months (3x week) nearly 7 years ago. I racked up $2500 in credit card debt to pay for it. Then...I let it all go and gained all the weight back plus at least 30 pounds

 My favorite authors are Laurie Notaro and Christopher Moore. Laurie writes from the heart about being overweight. Christopher Moore is a genious with words and easily the most hysterical author I've ever read

    Love the new profile pic and don't worry -- it was *NOT* TMI...I thought it was pretty hysterical actually. And I was pretty successful yesterday until about 4 pm when I felt completely exhausted. And more grey and rain today...ack.

I've been taking pictures with every 10% I lose, but I think you're right: instead of waiting till I hit the next mark, I'm going to take one now. I didn't restart tracking calories until this past weekend, so I don't know if I was on track with where I should've been or not. I will definitely keep your words in mind, though. Even though I know not to put too much stock in what the scale says, I've found that it's much easier said than done in practice!
