At my highest weight, I was roughly 391.7 lbs. This week I weighed in at 336.9. My goal this week is to eat healthy by eating at least 2 fruits and 2 veggie every day. I also want to exercise for at least 10 minutes most days of the week. I will also eat all meals and snacks at the kitchen table and not on the couch. My 5% goal is to get down to 336. My weigh-in day is on Tuesday and any weight loss will be a blessing. ❤

Fitness Minutes: 10,698

My Goals:
My August goal is to get below 340.

My 5% goal is to get to 336.

My first major goal is to get below 300.

My second major goal is to get below 249, but I'm only thinking about the next 10 lb. bracket.

My Program:
Right now, I'm tracking everything I eat and making it a goal to exercise at least 10 minutes a day on most days of the week. My other goals are to eat 2 fruits and 2 veggies daily and to not eat between meals or as I'm cooking.

Personal Information:
I want to be healthy so relationships are easier to navigate. Also, to be able to choose a career because I enjoy it and not merely based on health issues. I also want to fit in seats and seat belts easily, be able to wear cowboy boots, heels, and dresses, and to have more self confidence and less physical ailments. S

Other Information:
I'm currently working through a Bible study called, "Healthy & Free." I'll let you know how it goes...

I've started reading the book, "The Spark." It's the most inspiring and encouraging book I have ever read (besides the Word of God, of course).
