2010 presented a number of challenges. A career shift within my company helped reduce stress (at the cost of some salary) but then the position I moved to was eliminated. Unemployment had a terrible effect on my health. Inactivity led to depression, which only increased the inactivity, and so on.
Sue, Eric and I joined a gym on 'aunt' Barb's plan, and started going. After reading the book "Chasing Adonis" by Tim Bergling, I decided that like it or not, my chances of successfully dating would be much higher if I got into better shape. I am employed again, but at a much lower pay than before. Still, I decided that fitness is important enough, and I signed up for a personal trainer, and I have noticed a difference.

I just hate not seeing any comments on a person's page. Howdy!
