    Thanks for visiting me on my blog. Best thing for long walks and runs is either music or books on tape. I actually enjoy the alone time. I set my running clothes/ workout clothes the night before and as soon as the sun is up I get dressed and out the door. Sometimes the hardest part is just getting out that door. I made myself and sometimes felt like forced myself to get up and walked everyday for 21 days straight. That's how you make a habit. Now I have to force myself to take two rest days. What started out as dread is now the best part of my day. 20 min or an hour doesn't matter what does is that I did it and I feel a since of accomplishment that follows me for the rest of the day. I too would love a workout partner but like you said it is so hard to match schedules! Spark On My Friend!!
