Are you back in London? Seems you have a really unsettled couple of years - just like me! We moved twice within two years, plus two house burglaries. Very stressful! Anyway we are now settled down and carrying on....Our boys are growing!!! Yes...I also gained everything back too ...got back to 84 kg AGAIN! was really disgusted in myself. Started on a vegan wholefood diet (http://www.drmcdougall.com/) on the 1st of Jan 2012 and now down to 66 kgs. But now weight loss is very hard and running doesn't seem to help. i did half marathon training for 3 months and ran the Skukuza half marathon in the beginning of August and did not lose even one kilogram during that time! very demotivating ..but probably grew a bit of muscle and lost some fat. Anyway i am still too heavy for running fast and need to lose at least another 4-6 kgs. I want to look at doing a few gym classes too. I think i could probably do with some strength training as well.
Hmmmmm...I would be so cross with my hubby!!! but on the other hand it is wonderful to inspire your husband to such an extent that he has entered Iron Man. Just tell him the next one is yours!!!! My husband has entered a 24 hour 369K mountain bike race in Namibia in december! a few small problems though: he has never mountain biked (he is a roadie) and he needs to lose at least 20kgs!!! he has just started training!!! i hope he will get fit in time! scary!

So nice to hear from you! Just been school holidays (again!!!) and also had a visitor from Germany. I've done absolutely NOTHING except stuff my face! Feeling so FAT and UNFIT!!!! And still have not properly unpacked, just couldn't be bothered at the moment.
Maybe we should start some challenge together???? To get the motivation back.
