Introduction Text Hi, I'm Marta. I've been happily married for 23 years with 6 children (with our 3rd child in Heaven). I'm also a grandma! I have 1 almost 3 year old grandson. With having so many babies, my body lost all shape. I put my children before myself, no time to take care of me. Our youngest is 8, and I have a little bit more time for myself. I do work, but I can still find some time for me. So here I am in hopes of achiving my goal. MY GOAl *"I'm going to look & feel better when I turn 50 then when I was 40."* I'm heading in the right direction, as I'm 47 now, and do feel better now then when I was 40. I say this many times to myself. So here is to all of you & to me, "We Can Do It!"

I want to look & feel healthy. I know I can't be 16 again, but hey I know if I try I can feel 16. I must admit at times I act like I'm 16! LOL

Trying to eat right & exercise. Going to see Donny Osmond in concert, and hanging out with friends help me feel pretty young.:)
