    Good morning! The Kay Sheppard plan is to eliminate a ton of food - reminds me of an elimination diet that you would use to try to figure out what foods to avoid. I don't know that much about it, I just printed a sheet off the internet. I think it's the diet that OA used to use (don't quote me on that). You eliminate - sweeteners of all kinds, flour, excessive salt, processed fats, dairy, caffeine, wheat, soy, corn, white potatoes, nuts, high sugar fruits (bananas & grapes) and dried fruits. And then you eat 3 meals and a snack with what's left - Protein, Starch, Veggies, Fruit, Olive Oil. I think my issue may be dairy...not sure yet. I've only been doing it for 4 days.
