My Goals:
I would love to be able to get down to what I weighed before I got pregnant the first time.

My Program:
 I work out at the gym at school or at the YMCA or taking my two St. Bernards for walks daily. I am also cutting my calories, I've already eliminated soda (except for rare occasions), and I'm trying to eliminate junk food.


Personal Information:
My name is Kim and I'm from Lansing, MI.
My hubby is Ron (we were high school sweethearts) and we have four wonderful children; Breanne 18, MacKenzie 16, Tanner 14, and Skyler 14(yep, they're twins).
We also have two st. bernards and a .ferret .

Other Information:
 I love NASCAR, especially Jeremy Mayfield. I love to read books and Nora Roberts is my fav author.
I love spending time with my family and friends and I love having people over and making sure they're having a good time.

    I got my little profile pics at www.mvm.com. You have to click "go shopping" and then pick a website. If you pick either the Levi's or the Prevention website, it will let you do two models before weight loss and after weight loss. Then you right click and "save picture as" and save it wherever. The weight loss one comes as two separate pictures though, so I had to "collage" them together in photoshop to get both the before and after to show up as my profile pic.

    Just wanted to say HI and ask about your hubby's racing? Mine use to race, but then we bought a house and coldn't afford both...then last year our 14 yo got involved (well he was 13 at the time) in a kids division where they start at 11 and run until they are 14. Kris will have to move up next year-if our budget allows...it can get costly...
