My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100 lbs and to weigh 130 lbs. I would love to lose a lot of weight by my birthday in June. I would also love to look good in a nice, sexy swimsuit this year.

My Program:
 -I am going to track all the food I eat on SparkPeople.
-I am also going to try to exercise more.
-I am going to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
