My Goals:
I have slowly been working on reducing weight and increasing fitness. My goal is within sight, but sometimes looks really far away.

My Program:
 I have chosen to follow a vegan diet and I must say, I feel better eating this way. Healthier and med free! I need to add in more exercise and simply make the time to commit to it. Life gets complicated, but I need to learn to take care of me, too.

 I enjoy hiking, biking, MUSIC, art, people TRAVELING, reading, kayaking, cooking. So much to see and experience!

    that's kind of what I'm doing...eating vegan for health. I've been on the Happy Herbivore plan and getting back into my running again. I may just cut coffee down to one or two cups...I don't know. LOL

    Hi there, my son is home from Afghanistan. My daughter and I picked up our grandson on Sunday. We told him that Uncle David is coming home for a visit. Actually, it was my oldest boy, Jim that is coming home. We wanted to surprise Tyler at the airport. Oh! It couldn't have turned out any better! Tyler turned to look at me and said "Neena, is that, dad...daddy?" lol. He took off toward Jim and oh what a moment! I cry every time I relive it! I'm so glad to hear from you. How have you been doing lately?
