Hey! Meg here,
I'm 22 and currently in college pursuing a major in Psychology.
GOALS: My goal is to work on conquering my emotional issues so that I can care enough about myself to lose some weight.
STRUGGLES: Carbs (breads) and Grease (chips and crackers)
TRIUMPHS: I love to exercise and push myself to beat my previous days accomplishments.
TRIGGERS: Not sleeping is my biggest trigger to binge eat, I don't make good decisions and for whatever reason I feel like ...
