Don't give up...I understand where you are. But just remember that you are beautiful the way you are and your weight or size doesn't define you. I'm on a funky work schedule for a while so this will be a set back for me, since I won't be able to eat properly or work out, sleep is going to win that battle.

I found one of your comments about feeling hopeless in a thread somewhere so I thought I'd stop by to give ya some encouragement!
First of all I must say Boy, do I KNOW what you mean about feeling so frustrated with lacking results. I have been battling in May to make healthier changes in my life and lose weight, and have lost, gained, lost, gained every week I weighed in. So you're definitely not the only one who's going through this and you're not alone.
I know for me when I keep backsliding like that it's just SO discouraging and all I want to do is hide my head in the corner and eat and be sad and miserable and be lazy. But I have been learning and keeping in mind a very powerful phrase that has been helping me: Progress not perfection. So just keep in mind the fact that when you backslide one step, it give you the chance to take two more steps forward.
YOU HAVE THE STRENGTH! YOU HAVE THE WORTH! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! Keep up the good work, don't look back and frown at every mistake you ever made, but learn from them, learn how to cope with similar problems in the future. I truly believe in you and I know you can overcome your challenges one battle at a time. It will take time and effort, and you will make a lot of mistakes, and be discouraged a lot, but the ultimate goal is to work past ALL of that and become a stronger YOU!
I hope you find something in your day that has been a blessing , and don't dwell on the past. You're worth the hard work you put into yourself. So keep it up.
