My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 38 pounds. But I like to break it down into smaller goals so they dont seem overwhelming.

GOAL ~ Lose 38lbs By Nov

Mini Goals~~
1. 5 lbs by July 8 *MET June 29
2. ~10 lbs by July 22
3.~ 15 lbs by Aug 5
4.~20 lbs by Aug 19
5.~25lbs by Sep 2
6.~ 30lbs by Sep 16
7.~ 35lbs by Sep 30
8.~38lbs bye Oct. 7

I realize this is 2.5 pounds a week and that might not happen but I also gave some wiggle room

I am a 27 year old mother of 4!! Ive been married for 11 years (crazy I know) we have one dog her name is Bella. I would love to get these remaining 38 pounds off my body. So follow the journey and kick my butt if I do bad!!!

    Awe thanks for stopping in to check on my page...its kinda nice to know that someone will read it. That way I have someone to be accountable to ya know?
    As far as my goal on the 8th Ive already met it!!! I cant believe how quick those first 5 pounds just melted off. Its like my body was way ready for them to come off. I know that Ill start leveling off and have a hard time reaching those goals so Im trying to get a head start.
    I hope that little stinker of a pound gets out the door by Friday. Good Luck Ill come check your page to see how you did. :)
