Hey, just take it one step at a time. You will do it! Your daughter is so cute. Just think of how much better you will feel and how much more you can do. I have a long way to go, but don't look at how far you have to go but how far you have come. Every little pound lost is a giant step forward. Good luck on your journey. Pam

I saw you are having a tough time and running out of ideas. I think you're just getting bored - that happens to me a lot.

Try doing 20 minutes of cardio instead of 5-12 minutes. Go slow if you need to - just do the whole 20 minutes. I noticed you do jumping jacks - that's great, but how long can you keep that up? Jumping jacks are hard. I can't do it very long, so I'm a lot better off walking or riding a bike at a pace that I can keep up for at least 20 minutes.

Here's the fun part: go to the strength training exercises here on SP. What I did was print out all of the ones that I like and have the equipment for (at home). One exercise per page. This gave me about 20 pages. Then, I sorted them by 1) Upper body 2) lower body 3) core into three stacks. Then I picked one upper body, one lower body and one core. ..upper...lower...core...and so on so I have one stack of exercises. Dont worry if they dont have even numbers. It'll all even out. Each day I just do 3-5 of the exercises and then put those on the bottom of the stack. The next day I do whatever is on top plus 2-4 more. I am NEVER doing the same exercise twice and it's a surprise what I'll be doing. It doesnt matter how many of them I do - I just do as many as I can in 2 sets of 12-15.

Also, dont beat yourself up over one bad weekend. Even a bad weekend now is probably better than an average weekend 2 years ago right? So pay attention to your progress!
