My son was playing with the camera and took this picture...after crying at how much weight I've let myself gain back, I got determined to change it. I lost it once I can do it again!
Starting point. 9/22/08 310 lbs. My heaviest was 315 lbs.
playing at the park with Dylan....something I never would of done 100+ lbs ago.

Just thinking of you... how are you doing? I've had a challenging year but I'm looking now to restart and get what I've gained back, back off! I fly into the Nest yet, although unofficially. Hope to hear from you. -Audra 3626 days ago
DETERMINEDANGI
OMG! HI! I am sorry that I didn't respond for over a month. I tried finding you on FB, but it didn't work. I can't remember if I sent you a e-mail with my e-mail address to search for or not. Can you send me yours? AND, if you have already added me on FB, and I just didn't realize it, forget I said any of this LOL My life has been so crazy lately that I seriously think I am losing my mind. 3690 days ago
TRIPLETIGGER
Thanks for sharing your story. I have been there after going form 225 to 160-170 range. I even stayed at 180 for several years before I lost the last few pounds. Then I went on vacation and just kept saying, I'll get back to tracking and making healthy choices tomorrow. That was about 5 years ago, and I have gained back most of what I lost.
I know that you can back on track and do it again. Remember to be kind to yourself because if you are too tough on your self it will be harder to take care of yourself. I try to think of it as when I quit smoking. I didn't fail the first several times I quit because I learned things that finally helped me quit for good over 10 years ago. You have learned some things along the way and you can do this again and keep it off :-D 3724 days ago
