    I love you too! :) I wish I could help you out with Chris! I know when I first lost weight years ago (and Phil didn't with me) he would eat M&M's and stuff in front of me and offer them to me. I was really motivated and would tell him NO. But in an off day, or when just starting out it is sooo hard.
    Keep blogging; I like to know how you are doing! Actually, I should start blogging again. LOL

    I only have the 5 mile DVD but I don't ever do all 5 at the same time (it just takes too long!) I do a few miles at a time and then later I usually do something else like an aerobic video or my stationary bike. Don't be down on yourself about your weight! What do you find you struggle with the most? For me, at the beginning, it was the food! I was used to eating way more than I should have been at each sitting. But after controlling portions for a while it became easier. I got into exercising right away because it felt so productive. I was literally "working" the weight/calories off. : ) I'll help keep you motivated-just let me know how you're feeling!

    Hi, Melissa! Haven't talked to you in ages. I'm still on here sometimes and I always get an email if anyone posts anything on my page, so feel free to stop by for a visit whenever you want! Do you still use Leslie Sansone's DVDs? I walk/jog with her 5 mile advanced DVD. I like the way she motivates so well and she's funny to listen to-so corny sometimes! LOL Anyway, keep walking and know that I'm doing it too! ;)
