I first signed up on Sparkpeople on October 2007. I started back on Sparkpeople January 2010.

I have been working on shedding weight for years. in 2007 I dropped down to 162 lbs (from 180s) but then received a diagnosis of Celiac Disease and had to make major changes to my diet. After that I gained 20+ lbs in a few months. Since then I keep shedding the same 5-10 lbs only to gain them back plus more. Hopefully I can get myself back on track. To do this I need to journal my foods and get my eating under control!

In May of 2016 I had a right knee replacement and spent a few months recovering and doing physio. My knee is doing very well now.

It is 2017 and I am ready to get back into shape and have more control with food. To be successful this year I will need to get my eating under control, get to the gym on a more regular basis. I also need to walk my dogs daily.

I joined a 50 day challenge at a bootcamp facility on January 21. I can go to 4 bootcamp classes a week. They also provided a food plan focusing on eating properly and enough food to fuel the body.

I am looking forward to the support and to making 2017 a successful year!

My Goals:
To stay consistent with tracking my foods and exercise.

March Goals
Goal 1 - To stay in my calorie range (1500-1700) on a regular basis
Goal 2 - To work out 4 times a week.

My Program:
I go to the gym most nights after work.

I have joined a 50 day challenge at a bootcamp facility It is up to 4 bootcamps a week plus a meal plan.

Personal Information:
I am married and have been for over 28 years, we have no kids. We do however, have 2 dogs.

Other Information:
I have two dogs that I take try to walk once a day during the week. My husband takes them out on weekends.
