I have been up and down since college. I reached my all time high in 1994 (size16) and decided that was enough. Exercise & excellent diet went down to a size 2 in 12 months. Stopped smoking 3 years ago and some of the weight came back. Stopped smoking cold turkey with the help of a website & message boards, so I figured a good website would work with weight loss also. Wishing me luck....

Fitness Minutes: 27,708

My Goals:
1. exercise daily, walk at least 30 minutes

2. watch what I eat

3. lose 35 lbs

My Program:
I did this 15 years ago and know that all I need to do is exercise and watch what I eat. All I really need is a little motivation and I think I have found it in SP

Personal Information:
I am from Georgia and have lived here all my life. I am married to the same great guy for 35 years. We have two children. A son 31 married and a daughter 24. As you can tell we have a rescue dog, Brody who is the love of my life. We also have two very aloof cats, Jinx & Bruno

Other Information:
I am very involved with child abuse prevention. I started a children's shelter in 2001 and have had over 180 children pass through the doors. (no I don't run it) I am on the board of directors for CASA. I also mentor a 2nd grader, since he was in kindergarten. He is precious.
