My name is Melissa and I've struggled with weight issues for most of my life. I'm tired of being overweight. I'm tired of feeling rundown and out of shape. I'm ready to change.

My Goals:
My weight loss goal is to lose between 80-100 lbs.
My lifestyle goal is to be more active with my children and husband.
I want to feel good about myself.

My Program:
 I'm just starting out! Right now, I will be walking at LEAST 5/7 days. I will also be tracking my food on Spark. As I learn more through spark, my program will become more involved, I'm sure.


Personal Information:
I'm a wife and mother to 3 awesome girls (ages 8,11 and 13) I'm worried that I'm going to miss out on too much of their lives because I let my weight hold me back. I struggle with anxiety and am an emotional eater, so that is going to be one of my biggest challenges.
