Introduction Text Hello there, I'm Mena ^^ I'm 18 and I'm ready to lose some weight. Most of my life I haven't had to deal with a weight problem. It was just recently that I started having trouble. And it's not like I'm extremely overweight, but I'm tired of being disgusted with myself, and I want a flat tummy.

Basically I've cut down my calorie intake to about 1000 calories a day, and I've also been doing crunches and playing DDR everyday.

I was born a small town girl, but was made to be a big city girl. I'm 18, and I'm still a student about to graduate (yay!) I have a wonderful boyfriend who supports everything I want to do.

I love to read. I've read and have been read to ever since I was still inside my mom's stomach.
