Meriall's Walking towards the goal


I have nuked everything I had here. I have been half ass using this tool off and on for years.
I will be 40 this year. I am tired of being over weight. I am tired of my own excuses. I'm tired of having an appetite that won't quit. I am tired of avoiding pictures. I'm tired of watching my children's weight creep up knowing they have me as a role model.


There are big changes happening in my house right now and so this is as good a time as any to get freaking serious.

My Goals:
Start Weight - 129
(then I gained a lot of weight)
First goal - 135

Second goal - 130

Third goal - 125

Fourth goal - 120

Final Goal - 115

My Program:
 As of Feb 5th 2014 I am starting over from scratch. I am leaving everything behind and starting new. I will not look back and past successes and failures. Just now and forward.

    I am not TOTALLY anal about S90 anymore. Take today for instance, I am scheduled for a Tabata workout but I'm hurting with arthritis and tired from poor sleep lately so gave myself an extra rest day. I just love the S90 workouts though, in general.

    Thanks for your comments about the AVON and the really screwed up girl...I had to laugh because I realized this morning that I did forget to put in someone's order for a necklace...MINE! DOH! I'm just glad it was ME I screwed up on. We have to laugh at ourselves sometimes don't we!
