Righting the Ship
I haven't always been fat. I haven't always been overweight.
But I also haven't always been healthy.
My goal is to become more healthy through a variety of ways. Lose weight, have a baby, and then teach said baby to make good food choices from an early age.
This is my journey and it has been a long and bumpy ride.

Good morning!
Didn't make goal last night for my steps, but I will just add them on to today's goals! I was so tired I was in bed an hour earlier than usual!
Today is going to be a rain free day, so I am looking forward to being outside!
