    Saw your community post. Read a couple blogs. I liked the nightmare blog; felt like I was looking in the mirror. If 15# is your goal from now to Jan 24th, that is very aggressive. Have you edited your goals in SP? I originally set a goal of a pound a week, I got 2 at first, but then things evened out quickly. Another thing I did was track ALL my food, good or bad days. Without consistent measuring, there is no accountability. When we eat out, and have that big meal, I sometimes box half of it right away. I enjoy the meal, not stuffed. Take the "leftovers" home, measure and weigh it, and best guess it so I know what to enter in my food tracker. then I have great leftovers the next day. Just some thoughts. Let your nightmare become a dream. That's my prayer for you. emoticon
