Hello all, I'm a happily married mother of 3 from Ohio. I've struggled with my weight since my early 20's. Letting it get as high as 190ish, (I never knew the exact #). I lost approx 50lbs. and got down to 137. Maintained that weight for approx. 4 years. Got pregnant w/ my 2nd child and ended up keeping most of the extra weight after his pregnancy. It took 2 years to get back down to 137. Then I get pregnant with number 3 who is now 9 years old. I maintained weight gain very well during his pregnancy and was down to 148, 6 weeks post-partum. Now I've put on some holiday weight gain that needs to stop and begin coming off. So here I am, back in the saddle again. *Update* Aug. 2014 and I am 6 pounds shy of my goal weight! *Update* July 2015, I am 4lbs from goal weight and I'm as happy as peach pie to be right where I am feels so good!! *Update* Jan. 2018, Not concerned about any goal weight these days just maintaining a consistent workout routine that includes cardio, strength training and yoga. I love being able to move and do the things I love with little to no pain at all. Almost 42 and loving life!! ~~~Daily Mantra~~~ Sunday ~ 'Consistency is key' Monday ~ 'Breathe' Tuesday ~ 'Let it go' Wednesday ~ 'Yes, I can' Thursday ~ ' I'm worth it' Friday ~ ' I'm getting stronger every day' Saturday ~ 'Relax'

2. continue to take daily medication.
3. get my 8+ glases of water every day.

5. Get outside more, weather permitting.
6. BE the CHANGE you want to see in the world!
7. Make someone smile everyday.

My Program:
I love Denise Austin's workout DVD's. I also use netflix and have been using workouts on there. Picking up my hula hoop anytime I can and heading outside, to the park or campgrounds whenever I can.

Personal Information:
I'm a mother of 3 wonderful children girl(23) and 2 boys (12) & (9). I began my own photography studio last year and I work part time 1st shift as a waitress.
