Introduction Text I have been doing this since 2008. Losing weight, gaining some back and then losing it again. That's my life. I know that in order to keep in off, you have to make it a lifestyle. I just have to find a way to keep it off and enjoy life. One day at a time.

My Ultimate Goals: Run my 1st 5k (4/11/2010) - DONE Run a 10k (9/26/2010) -DONE Run a 1/2 Marathon (12/12/2010) - DONE - I have ran two. I want to weigh 130-135lbs. I want to feel healthy and strong. I want to do a pullup with no assistance. I want to be able to do a regular push-up. DONE I want to feel and look good in everything that I wear. I want to be a more confident public speaker. I want to be a SparkPeople Motivator. I want to wear a skirt without my thighs rubbing. I want to look better naked. I want to look younger. I want to overcome shyness. I want to prove to myself that I can do it! I want to get in shape before I get pregnant.

Exercise 4-5 days a weeks. Eat 5-7 servings of fruit/veggies a day. Drink at least 85oz of water a day.
