Fitness Minutes: 30

My Goals:
I am in my 30's now, and looking to lose the weight i have put on over the years. The scale actually shocked me back to reality! I am eating better and exercising, and EXCITED about my new, healthier future!

My Program:
 I'm trying to eat lower fat and lower calorie foods. I am a self professed junk food JUNKIE by way of chips, salty snacks, and pop. I am the rare female that can go the rest of my life without chocolate, but chips? NO WAY!!!


Personal Information:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada born and raised! Huge Montreal Canadiens fan (Leafs - booooo) and love my kids - that's my 2 cats, by the way :)
