Introduction Text Hi, my name is Pam. I live in Michigan. I have met some important goals in the past but have regained all of what I lost. I have difficulty maintaining and continuing to lose. I am a medical social worker now doing psychotherapy. I have been married for 26 years and have a 15 pound cat we call Kizzy.

1) To lose15-20 more pounds. 2) Exercise 3 days per week 30-45 mins. 3)To have more energy. For my spiritual journey: 1)Increase daily Bible reading from 10 mins to 20-30 mins each day. 2) Spend 20-30 mins in prayer each day.

I met some important goals with the help of this site. I often need motivation to keep me going when I hit the rough spots. I am going to track all food and exercise. I will also track weight.

I live in Jackson, MI. I am a Medical Social Worker. I recently started working in Jackson where I live so I have gained almost two hours per day. I love Jesus and am very active in my church, Pathway Community Church, Jackson, MI. I am married to a wonderful man, Brian and we have a cat named Kizzy that you see as my background.
