I want to lose 30 pounds (for now...that is a short term goal...30 pounds lost will get me to Onederland then it's time for Phase 2 of the Plan).

    wow! that's fitness club is so awesome! You go girl! You will get through vacation without gaining a pound I bet! That is so great!! I am proud of you! I am going to try and stick to 1500 all weekend so I can hopefully get to 169!! AHHHH fingers crossed because I am not sure how much longer I can stick this out if the scale doesn't move!!

    Hey! I am so proud of you!! you have been totally lowering your cals!! you are doing so awesome!! I am so jealous of your beach vacay! We are doing that in august though...so do you have any healthy eating plans or just trying to not go crazy everyday? You are going to have a great time !! I am doing 1200 cals and double workouts today- the world will end when I see 169!!!

    I know! Me and my best friend that are at this together too text each other everyday and ask ourselves why we over eat on the weekends. Gotta get that mojo back! how did you do today? Did you erase some of the 900 calories? I stayed in my calories I just gotta make it to bed now!

    Hey! Well I am out of town at the inlaws and totally blew it today :( I am doing good the entire weekend- I swear!! I was wearing shorts today and I just look so fat. My legs are disgusting and it makes me so sad :( I feel like I have so much weight to lose and I am not working hard enough :( I am in a bad place right now! Why must I take a day off??? GRRR! Well I am gonna at least go workout now to make myself feel better! I am glad you are back on track! Lets rock it this week!!!
