hello former hippy. im not a former hippy or vegetarian myself but i have eaten strange things like spelt and still do occasionally .in the past ive looked into all sorts of things like that to improve my diet and health so i think swopping foods is a great idea and if youve any knowledge about what good /bad foods do for you please drop by and let me know. oerhaps we should start a thread with the benefits of various foods (and where to get them) i do have memories of searching last year for spelt and it was hard to get hold of (i was making a real concoction for a health giving meusli) 4733 days ago
i hope these help you to make better and more intformed descisions in you diet i know some are quite a shock as ive found out but at least knowing will make me think twice before it goes down without hitting the sides of my mouth with mindless eating /boredom
