I know that bat wings video- I was wore out 3 min. in and I would just bend over and twirl my arms and that helped to relieve the pain/pressure. I know we both will do better as we do more. I did the 20 min. SP band workout and a few of the slower videos before and after that. To warm up and cool down and stretched to a World Nature Video of Thailand. Such a beautiful country!
Have a good evening. Glad all is going good for you. And lets hope no more hurricanes or tropical storms come near us. We don't need that on top of all this other craziness. emoticon

That is too cool! Glad you like them! I just did 5 of them on my blog. I started with the first which is 5 min. warm up-you could do that before one of the other ones to get the muscles warmed up. Then I did the second one, 3rd one and the 4th-Zumba Gold one. I saw one on the web and added it to my blog just now. I loved it! It was to Can't Stop the Feeling by Sherry-4 min. All those I put in order of stamina and my fitbit said 20 active min. - they got my heart rate up, which is the goal. My arms were starting to get sore by the time I did the last one of 4 min. -so it was time to stop. At the end I did for my cool down and wanted to stretch, so did my own routine of stretches. I got those after all the years of doing this and remembered all my faves. Some are on the first video with Jackie (Smart Moves) and on the last two stretch videos
Any way I can help-I am here-ask away. I am pretty much starting over-so out of shape. UGH.
Cutting my calories too-that is even harder. emoticon

PS: I just updated my blog on the videos - I put down how long each one was. So you can base how long you want to do by them. Plus, about the peddler I use. I am going to continue to work up to the more active ones, where I listed faster ones. One is 34 min. - emoticon

Let me know how you do off and on, if you want to. No pressure. I just love how I feel after doing exercise-sure helps the stress! emoticon

Oh, by the way, my knee got better after resting it last night and put BioFreeze on it. Good to go today, obviously. emoticon

Thanks Miller! Glad you like the videos on my blog. With my bad knees those sure are helpful. Speaking of which my right knee is hurting tonight, so night off the exercises. emoticon
I just thought maybe with all of us cooped up lately, I wanted to share.

Thank you for visiting my blog on losing Buddy. Losing him has been a difficult and sorrowful experience for me. Getting ready to restart my Spark program to help me through my sadness as I deal with this. Thanks again for taking the time to visit.
