1. To grow in my walk with the Lord.

2. To get to a healthy weight for me.

3. To be completely debt-free.

 1. To spend time with the Lord everyday.

2. To walk at least 10,000 steps a day.

3. To keep my calorie intake where it should be daily.

4. To get my 8 cups of water in a day.

5. To take in less sodium each day.
