HI - I'm finally fed up with the way I look and feel. I'm tired of feeling self conscious of my body. I'm tired of hating photographs of myself. I'm tired of sucking in my stomach all the time. I'm tired of the way I look in my clothes. I'm stopping it before it gets any worse! Its time for a better, healthier, miniature Me!

UPDATE - Sooo, unfortunately I gained back the weight I lost a few months ago. (Grrr.) I'm back on track now though. I bought a GORGEOUS dress for my cousin's wedding in November. The only problem, its a size too small, so I HAVE to lose weight so that I can wear it and look amazing! Talk about motivation! I'm having my husband take some before and after shots this afternoon, and I'll post them here for extra motivation. Diet. Exercise. I can do this.

My Goals:
Lose approximately 20 pounds. Feel sexier. Feel healthier. Sleep better. Eat better. Work harder in all aspects of my life. Be PROUD of myself - the way I look, the way I behave, the way I treat my body and the way I treat others. Feel CENTERED and spiritually connected. And, obviously, look freaking hot! Oh - and also I want to stop hating photos of myself.


My Program:
A. A diet of 1500 calories per day.
B. 5 cardio workouts per week.
C. 5 strength workouts per week.
D. 8 glasses of water a day.
E. 8 hours of sleep a night.
F. Prayer and meditation everyday, including a 5 minute pep talk!
