I am ok thanks, but I fell off the wagon somewhat Monday & Tuesday!! Or rephrase that, I have some feedback to listen to from Monday/tuesday. Ate nearly all unhealthy yesterday, and ate WAY past full. And I couldn't face journalling about it properly yet either.
Monday used to be a big eat day, but I have handled it better for several weeks now - till this week. IT is such a hecticly busy day for me. I was really, really shattered, and so ate SUGAR CARB FAT!!! and sometimes if i go down that route it can last a day or so...
Yep, I think I need to work on strategies for when I feel fatigued, cos now I come to think of it, fatigue has been the trigger on two recent occasions. Thanks for using that word - it resonated. I admire you for stuffing on healthy options - I will need to reprogram my mind for that!
emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I believe in raw food. Several people have asked if I have gas but you know lately I don't. You body gets use to processing food. I did however have a reaction to mcd I had a headache and tummy achy for 12 plus hours. I was good I thought I will get a kids meal and water ...... no good..... Im am having a fast food hang over. I wish I could tell other people what I am going through but to them I am a dork. My husband is getting more on board with eating more veggies and fruits every day.
